2013 U.S. Supreme Court ruling:
- all vacancies around the world can be considered patented goods under US law and are no longer human.
Being caught by an imposed "jelly" the person becomes the patent holder for the substance in this "jelly", and thus the body of the carrier of the patented substance of such a person belongs to the owners of the patent.
Such a person is no longer legally a "human" (not a natural person), but a "transhuman". And in this case, he loses all human rights.
This decision of the US Supreme Court applies WORLDWIDE as the patents themselves are registered in the US.
