- We will focus on healing what needs attention right now and where exactly you can direct the energy awakened in the practices.

- Paired practices. Exercises to develop confidence, relaxation, awareness and sensitivity. How to learn to be in the sensations of the body, and not in your thoughts? How to learn total presence in your body, presence with a partner?
- Talk. A frank conversation "from heart to heart". How to talk about difficult topics with a loved one?
- Massage. Massage workshops. How to gently and pleasantly relax each other, give care, tenderness, depth and awaken the energy of life
- Touch. Deep touch practice. How to touch each other so that you want again and again.
- Subtlety, dance, meeting, wakefulness. The fire of desire, pleasure, closeness of the heart and playful sexuality in a filling bright process in a circle of like-minded people.

- Learn the language of looking, touching, dancing, open dialogue, mutual massage and couples meditation that will make you a magnet for other people.

- Classes are usually 3-4 hours long. Classes are divided into consecutive blocks:
- It starts with a circle of acquaintances of all participants.
- Theoretical part - what is tantra? How does it work?
- General Meditation - Attunement to a Group
- Dynamic practices
- Paired Meditations
- Sound-healing
- Sharing - exchange of experience after class (sometimes accompanied by a tea ceremony)
- farewell ceremony
